Open →How it works
- 1Pick a form. Each one carries a different set of sections.
- 2Choose the sections you need — detailed or short version, or leave one out entirely.
- 3Adjust the layout. Reorder vertically, or place two sections side by side on one row.
- 4Pick a colour scheme and finish. Print it, or copy it into your own document.
Forms are usually something you need in a hurry — a client asks for a quotation, a payment is overdue, or you are lending money and want it in writing. Templates downloaded off the internet tend to be full of fields that do not fit your situation while missing the ones you actually need.
These forms let you pick the sections yourself: whether supplier details go in full or short form, whether the item table carries a spec column, whether there is a seal line at the bottom. Layout is adjustable too, so supplier and buyer can sit side by side or stack vertically.
The result can be printed directly or copied into a Word or Hangul document. What you type never leaves your browser. Where a form carries legal weight, the relevant statute and cautions are printed with it — worth reading before you actually send it.
Forms you should download from the official source
We do not build the forms below. They are statutory filings or ministry-issued standard contracts: the original changes with each revision, and an edited copy may be rejected or lose its effect. Download the current version from the issuing body.
Standard Employment Contract (2025 revision)
Ministry of Employment and Labor · Basis: 근로기준법 제17조
The Ministry of Employment and Labor distributes the original. Separate versions exist for minors, part-timers, daily construction workers and foreign workers. The foreign-worker version is a statutory form and cannot be modified.
Standard Housing Lease Agreement
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice distributes the original. The form itself carries the pre-contract checks a tenant must make — prior fixed-date claims, unpaid national taxes, small-deposit thresholds — which a homemade contract cannot replace. A read-only version and a fillable version are published separately.
Standard Private Construction Contract
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (via the National Law Information Center) · Basis: 건설산업기본법 제22조 제3항
Published as a Ministry of Land notice. It is not one page but a bundle — general conditions, special conditions, drawings and a bill of quantities — so copying only the front page drops exactly the clauses disputes turn on: design changes, price fluctuation and liquidated damages. The notice is periodically revised; check the current notice number.

KOSHA (form text at the National Law Information Center) · Basis: 산업안전보건법 제42조
A statutory filing reviewed by KOSHA. The application and its attachments — project outline, site surroundings drawing, master schedule, safety-budget plan — are prescribed as annexed forms in the Enforcement Rule, so only the prescribed forms are accepted. This is not something we can build for you.

National Construction Standards Centre (KCSC)
We do not build specifications. The Korean Construction Specification (KCS) and Design Standard (KDS) are published per work type by the National Construction Standards Centre and revised regularly; copying them means falling behind revisions. Cite the original and use a construction plan to describe how the standard applies to your site.
Cannot find the form you need
We build forms that are not listed here. The two below in particular cannot be prepared in advance, because every company structures its documents differently — they have to be fitted to your processes and approval chain.
ISO document systems
Quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and record forms, structured the way a certification audit expects. What matters is not the look of the form but the criteria it has to pass and how the documents link together.
Groupware approval forms
Approval forms built for the groupware you already run. Automatic totals, approval routing and print layout all have to fit, or the form goes unused.
We do not push documents or certifications you do not need. If we look at your situation and conclude you can do without, we say so.
